Set in a rather large plot near Rapel Lake, the home is designed to wrap around the pool with all interior spaces having direct views of it, while retaining most of the gardens around the house. The green roof reduces the building’s cooling energy consumption and costs particularly in warmer months due to its thermal mass effect.
